RETURN
Have you regretted your purchase and would you like to return your order? At Ideal Posters, our return policy is always 30 days when you shop in our webshop. If you have regretted your order, you can always contact our customer service at our email info@idealposters.dk or telephone.

We always recommend that our customers include a piece of paper or a message in the return package with an order number and contact information. This will ensure that your order is returned as quickly as possible when we receive it back at our warehouse.

It is important that you are aware that the item and the original packaging must not have been damaged. If there has been a decrease in value, this may be deducted from your refund. We therefore always recommend our customers to return your order in the original packaging, then you can be sure to get all your money back.

You can either choose to return the package yourself with a shipping company of your choice. Alternatively, you can also ask us to send you a shipping label that you can use for your return package. If you send a return package with our shipping label, we will then deduct just 39 kr from your return amount for your order.

As soon as we have received your order in our warehouse, we will process your return within 24-48 hours. We process returns every weekday.

Please also note that we do not collect return packages from parcel shops. Therefore, you must always send return packages with delivery to our address.

REFUND
As soon as we have received and reviewed your return order in our warehouse, it will take 24-48 hours before you will receive an email with a confirmation of the refund of your order.

Refunds for your return order will automatically be applied to the card or payment method you used when you made the purchase with us.
