1) Order

Once you have decided that you want to order one of our products, you will start by filling in your details. We will need your full name, address, zip code and city as well as your email address and phone number. Once you have completed this, proceed to payment. Once you have filled in your payment details, press "Complete purchase".

2) Payment

You can choose between several payment methods. You can either choose to pay by card or choose to pay by invoice after delivery. After you have filled in the delivery information, you must choose the payment method you want. If you choose to pay by card, you must fill in your card information and press "Complete purchase".

In the event that we cannot deliver the package to your address and the package is sent back to us or you have given us an insufficient address. We have a fee equal to the shipping price you have paid, which we will deduct from the amount if you want your money back and do not want us to deliver your package again.

3) Delivery

All orders that are in stock will be shipped from us within 1-4 business days, and it usually only takes about 24-48 hours from the time they are shipped from our warehouse until they arrive at the delivery address.

Almost all orders are delivered with GLS – but it is also possible to choose delivery with Postnord at checkout. Therefore, we can also deliver within 1-4 business days if the item is in stock. It is not possible to pick up the order physically at our warehouse unless you have made an agreement with one of our colleagues.

4) Right of return

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of return on our website.

The right of return expires 30 days after you have received your order. Your right of return also means that you have notified us of your cancellation and sent the item back no later than 30 days after you have received the order. You can send an e-mail to info@idealposters.dk if you wish to return your order or cancel the purchase.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the order without notifying us of the cancellation. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to return.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

5) Returns

Once you have notified us of the cancellation of your order, you have 30 days to return the goods to our warehouse. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself, and you are responsible if the goods are damaged when they are sent to us. However, we will be happy to send you a return label and we will charge a fee of 39 DKK for the return. Contact our customer service at info@idealposters.dk if you would like us to send you a return label.

Condition of the product upon return

You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not use it for any benefit.

If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider the purchase to be binding and in that case we can only make a partial refund of the purchase price or no refund at all. The amount of the refund depends on the commercial value of the product.

We require that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a write-off of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

6) Warranty

The Danish Consumer Protection Act applies to all purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty on all our products. If the complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund the shipping costs.
