DELIVERY
We always strive to have the fastest delivery time possible. As soon as we receive your order, we will try to ship your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been packed and picked up by GLS, it will typically not take more than 24-48 hours before you receive your package. That is why we usually say that our delivery time is 1-4 business days.

Normally, you pay a small shipping fee of DKK 39 when you place an order with us, unless you order for more than DKK 399. In that case, we offer free delivery on your order, regardless of the order size.

You can choose whether your package should be delivered directly to your home or to a parcel shop. You choose this when you go to payment.

RETURN
Our return policy is always 30 days on our webshop. If you have regretted your order, simply contact our customer service, either by email or phone. You will then receive a return label from us, which you can use to send your package back. As soon as we have received your return package, we will process your return within 24-48 hours, of which you will receive an email confirmation.

*We deduct the cost of a return label when you return a package to us.
